Yelp – Account Settings Redesign
Redesign of the account settings page to refresh look and feel as well as improve user interface. The account settings page project entailed redesigning forms, enhancing navigational elements to encourage more interaction, and directing user flow allow for earlier engagement and learning of site functionalities.
This project started off by analyzing the existing traffic and document user behaviors to help pin-point areas of user disengagement. Sample wireframes were then developed to address areas with critical user interaction flaws. From various options, optimal wireframes where then developed into concrete mockups, which were internally tested then pushed for development by engineering teams.
